Responsibilities
- Provide premium walking services for 3-5 dogs simultaneously in Baltimore's scenic neighborhoods
- Administer specialized care for pets with unique needs (medication, mobility support)
- Utilize GPS tracking and real-time photo/video updates for client transparency
- Maintain detailed health and behavior logs for each pet
- Coordinate with pet parents for customized care plans and schedule adjustments
- Handle emergency situations calmly and professionally
- Represent our brand with exceptional professionalism and reliability
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years professional dog handling experience with references
- Valid CPR/First Aid certification for pets
- Exceptional knowledge of dog behavior, breeds, and care requirements
- Ability to manage multiple large-breed dogs simultaneously
- Reliable transportation with climate-controlled pet carrier
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Availability for early morning, evening, and weekend shifts
- Must pass comprehensive background check and drug screening
