Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality specialty coffee drinks with precision and artistry
- Operate POS systems efficiently while maintaining accurate cash handling
- Uphold strict sanitation and safety standards in all beverage preparation
- Engage customers with genuine hospitality and product knowledge
- Collaborate with team to maintain clean, organized service areas
- Support inventory management and restocking of coffee and supplies
- Adhere to all health department regulations and company protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months experience in specialty coffee preparation preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and order accuracy
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Valid Nevada food handler certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Positive attitude and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
