Responsibilities
- Merchandise Handling: Safely load and unload trucks and containers using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Inventory Management: Sort, scan, and organize stock to ensure accuracy in our warehouse database.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damages and ensure all items meet company standards.
- Space Optimization: Maintain an organized warehouse layout to maximize efficiency and safety.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine checks on warehouse equipment to ensure safe operation.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with floor managers and shift leads to meet daily targets.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and attendance.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required.
- Equipment Operation: Basic knowledge of forklift operation is a plus.
