Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners, safely and efficiently.
- Perform regular cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records to ensure stock integrity.
- Unload incoming freight, inspect for damage, and verify shipment contents against packing slips.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is organized, clean, and free of hazards to maintain OSHA compliance.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and workflow goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not strictly required.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse software quickly.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and adherence to protocols.
- Valid driver's license may be required for driving dock equipment.
