Responsibilities
- Execute daily receiving, stocking, and order fulfillment tasks with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and in accordance with OSHA guidelines.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to strict safety and sanitation protocols.
- Utilize inventory management software to track stock levels and update digital logs.
- Assist in loading and unloading delivery trucks during peak weekend shifts.
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve operational issues and improve workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous warehouse or retail experience is a plus but not required; we provide comprehensive training.
- Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy.
- Must be available to work weekends: Saturdays and Sundays (flexible shifts available).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
