Responsibilities
- Execute accurate receiving, picking, packing, and shipping of merchandise to ensure timely delivery.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in strict adherence to safety protocols.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain high accuracy standards.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is organized, clean, and free of hazards at all times.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to resolve shipping discrepancies and optimize workflow.
- Adhere to all company policies and OSHA safety regulations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory for the right candidate.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to use handheld scanners.
- Must be available to work weekends with reliable transportation.
