Responsibilities
- Efficient Handling: Load, unload, and sort incoming and outgoing shipments accurately and efficiently.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and conducting regular stock checks.
- Workspace Organization: Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and safe at all times to prevent accidents.
- Equipment Operation: Operate basic warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided).
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets quality standards.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to meet daily operational targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We welcome candidates with no prior warehouse experience; we provide paid training.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and committed to working weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Availability: Must be available for 8-12 hour shifts during weekend hours.
- Communication: Basic English proficiency and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
