Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and unpack incoming shipments in the early morning hours.
- Utilize provided forklifts and pallet jacks to move heavy inventory efficiently.
- Organize stock on shelves and in storage areas to ensure maximum accessibility.
- Rotate stock to ensure FIFO (First-In, First-Out) inventory management.
- Ensure the stockroom and aisles are clean, organized, and safe for operations.
- Accurately record inventory counts and report any discrepancies or damages immediately.
- Collaborate with the morning shift team to prepare for the day's business operations.
Qualifications
- Ability to work early morning shifts (e.g., 4:00 AM - 8:00 AM).
- Physically fit with the ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic reading and math skills for inventory scanning and labeling.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in stock placement.
- Willingness to be trained on all provided safety equipment and machinery.
- Reliable transportation to and from the warehouse facility.
