Responsibilities
- Accurately picking, packing, and shipping orders according to daily production targets.
- Operating warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Performing inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure stock accuracy.
- Collaborating with the shift team to resolve operational issues quickly.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly during shifts.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Nashville facility.
