Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Accurately and efficiently process customer orders using warehouse management systems.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, conduct cycle counts, and ensure accurate inventory records.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets company standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and peers to meet daily operational goals.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we are willing to train enthusiastic candidates.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Schedule: Must be available to work evening shifts (typically 4:00 PM - 12:30 AM or similar).
- Availability: Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed.
- Reliability: Must pass a background check and drug screen.
