Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations during evening and weekend shifts to ensure optimal workflow and safety compliance.
- Manage inventory accuracy and coordinate with the logistics team to meet daily targets.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and enforce company protocols.
- Supervise and mentor part-time staff, providing constructive feedback and guidance.
- Operate heavy machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Process shipping and receiving documentation accurately and promptly.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Previous experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or a related field is highly preferred.
- Must be available to work evening shifts and weekends on a consistent basis.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety procedures strictly.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude toward teamwork.
