Responsibilities
- Execute efficient order picking, packing, and shipping processes to meet daily operational targets.
- Operate heavy machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and in strict compliance with OSHA standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile any stock discrepancies immediately.
- Collaborate effectively with the weekday logistics team to ensure seamless workflow transitions.
- Load and unload freight trucks accurately, verifying shipping documents and manifests.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but we provide comprehensive training for motivated candidates.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods on hard surfaces.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a recurring basis.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety protocols.
