Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely load and unload trucks, ensuring proper handling of all merchandise and inventory.
- Inventory Management: Accurately scan, count, and verify incoming and outgoing stock using warehouse management systems.
- Packing & Shipping: Prepare packages for shipment, ensuring proper labeling, sealing, and documentation.
- Organization: Maintain a tidy and organized warehouse floor to maximize efficiency and safety.
- Equipment Operation: Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and report discrepancies immediately to the shift supervisor.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Reliability: Strong track record of punctuality and attendance.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience: Prior experience in a warehouse, logistics, or retail environment is preferred but not required.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy when handling inventory and data entry.
