Responsibilities
- Perform accurate picking, packing, and shipping of orders to ensure 99.9% customer satisfaction.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records.
- Ensure the warehouse area is clean, organized, and adheres to all safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily and weekly production targets.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks with efficiency and care.
Qualifications
- Ability to work weekends (Friday - Sunday) and occasional holidays.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for long periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Valid driver's license (preferred but not always required).
- Reliable transportation to and from the San Jose facility.
