Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and organize incoming and outgoing freight with accuracy and speed.
- Operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification preferred).
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure all items meet company standards before shipping.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment by adhering to safety protocols and 5S standards.
- Assist in inventory counting and stock replenishment as directed by the shift supervisor.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets and shipping deadlines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory (training provided).
- Ability to work rotating weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday) and evening hours.
- Physically capable of standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, and navigating warehouse floors.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
