Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with 99.9% accuracy.
- Load and unload trucks using forklifts and pallet jacks safely.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain organized stock levels.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace at all times.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) efficiently.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills.
- Must be available to work Saturday and Sunday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
- Strong attention to detail and a history of reliability.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not required.
