Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping and delivery.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided).
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records.
- Ensure the workspace is clean, organized, and adheres to all safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently during peak hours.
Qualifications
- Ability to work a rotating schedule, including evenings, nights, and weekends.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail for inventory accuracy.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
