Responsibilities
- Operational Support: Assist in daily operational tasks and ensure workflow efficiency during night hours.
- Quality Control: Monitor product quality and maintain high standards for every order processed.
- Packaging & Shipping: Accurately pack, label, and prepare items for shipment according to specifications.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular inventory checks and stock replenishment.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine cleaning and minor maintenance of equipment as directed.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work evening shifts (e.g., 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM).
- Experience: Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or customer service is a plus.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods.
- Reliability: Must have a reliable mode of transportation to and from work.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.
