Responsibilities
- Execute daily warehouse operations, including picking, packing, and shipping orders accurately and efficiently.
- Perform inventory counts and maintain precise stock records for the weekend shift.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, in accordance with safety regulations.
- Ensure the warehouse floor remains organized, clean, and compliant with OSHA safety standards.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks, verifying contents, and maintaining shipment integrity.
- Collaborate with the weekday team to ensure seamless handover of operations.
Qualifications
- Ability to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) with reliability.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Basic computer literacy and experience using handheld scanning devices is preferred.
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to the Boston location.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
