Responsibilities
- Provide expert technical assistance to customers via phone, email, and chat during weekend shifts.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for internal systems and client devices.
- Log and track all support tickets in the CRM system with high accuracy.
- Escalate complex technical issues to senior engineers when necessary.
- Maintain a professional and positive demeanor when interacting with diverse clients.
- Perform routine system checks and maintenance tasks to ensure uptime.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree in IT or related field is a plus).
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows/macOS), and networking concepts.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues efficiently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a recurring basis.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
