Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support via phone, email, and chat to internal and external clients.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently and accurately.
- Document all customer interactions and technical solutions in our CRM system.
- Conduct training sessions for new software tools and internal policies.
- Maintain a high level of technical knowledge regarding current operating systems and applications.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to report bugs and suggest feature improvements.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or technical certification is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in Windows, macOS, and common office software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
- Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to explain complex concepts simply.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday).
