Responsibilities
- Provide expert technical troubleshooting and support for hardware, software, and network issues during designated weekend shifts.
- Monitor system health and proactively resolve incidents to ensure minimal downtime for clients.
- Document all technical interactions, resolutions, and troubleshooting steps in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the core support team to triage and escalate complex issues that require immediate attention.
- Conduct routine system checks, updates, and maintenance on client workstations.
- Maintain a professional, helpful, and empathetic demeanor when communicating with internal stakeholders and clients.
- Assist in the deployment of new software and hardware solutions during peak weekend windows.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in Information Technology or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in technical support, IT help desk, or customer service.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues independently.
- Reliable internet connection and availability for weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday).
- Familiarity with remote desktop software (e.g., TeamViewer, LogMeIn) and basic networking concepts.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on clarity and professionalism.
