We are looking for individuals who can handle high volumes of support tickets with patience and expertise. This is an on-site role requiring availability on Saturday and Sunday.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical troubleshooting and support for end-users via phone and email.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently.
- Document all technical issues and resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Escalate complex tickets to senior engineers when necessary.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction during peak weekend hours.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree preferred.
- Previous experience in IT support or helpdesk is a plus but not mandatory for immediate hires.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Reliable transportation to our Austin office.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) consistently.
