Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software problems for walk-in clients and remote users.
- Provide remote technical assistance via phone and secure remote desktop tools.
- Assist customers with account setup, device configuration, and software installation.
- Maintain accurate records of technical issues and resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with the IT team to improve support processes and documentation.
- Ensure all software licenses and hardware inventory are up to date.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Windows operating systems.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly.
- Availability to work Saturday and Sunday (full availability preferred).
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Previous experience in IT support is a plus but not required.
