Responsibilities
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues for remote and on-site clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service and technical guidance via phone, email, and remote desktop tools.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of technical issues and resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Assist with software installations, updates, and system configurations on weekends.
- Collaborate with the full-time support team to escalate complex issues efficiently.
- Conduct routine system checks and perform preventative maintenance tasks.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in technical support or a related IT role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and common office software applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a recurring basis.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote or hybrid setting.
