Responsibilities
- Operational Leadership: Manage all store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory counts, and cash management during weekend shifts.
- Team Supervision: Supervise, coach, and motivate a team of sales associates to ensure high productivity and adherence to company standards.
- Customer Experience: Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring resolution to maintain customer loyalty.
- Shift Management: Create and maintain weekly schedules, ensuring adequate coverage for all shifts while adhering to labor laws.
- Visual Merchandising: Ensure the store environment meets our visual standards and product displays are appealing and organized.
- Loss Prevention: Monitor store activities to prevent shrinkage and ensure compliance with security policies.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of retail management or supervisory experience preferred.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers and staff.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead a team, resolve conflicts, and make sound decisions under pressure.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; associate degree in business or related field is a plus.
- Computer Skills: Proficiency in POS systems, inventory software, and Microsoft Office suite.
