Responsibilities
- Unload, sort, and organize merchandise from delivery trucks efficiently
- Stock shelves, coolers, and displays according to planogram standards
- Ensure proper rotation of products (FIFO) and maintain freshness
- Collaborate with overnight team to maintain store cleanliness and safety
- Conduct inventory counts and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Operate pallet jacks and other stocking equipment safely
- Assist with price changes and promotional signage placement
Qualifications
- Availability for early morning shifts (4:00 AM - 12:00 PM)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory management and pricing
- Previous stocking or retail experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
