Responsibilities
- Assist customers with inquiries and provide exceptional service at the service desk.
- Stock shelves and merchandise displays to ensure the store is organized and appealing.
- Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems.
- Perform light cleaning and maintenance tasks to keep the workspace safe and tidy.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient store operations during peak hours.
Qualifications
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred; experience in retail or customer service is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs with or without assistance.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and transactions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
