- Maintain visual merchandising standards and store cleanliness
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
- Support team during high-traffic weekend rushes
- Drive sales through product knowledge and upselling
- Participate in store opening/closing procedures
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Availability to work weekends (Saturdays & Sundays)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Basic math proficiency for transaction handling
- Reliable transportation to Platte St location
