Responsibilities
- Greet Customers: Welcome shoppers warmly and provide assistance with product selection and inquiries.
- Ring Up Sales: Process transactions accurately at the point of sale (POS) system and handle returns or exchanges.
- Stock & Display: Maintain inventory levels by stocking shelves and organizing displays to ensure a visually appealing store.
- Store Maintenance: Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and safe for all customers and staff.
- Team Collaboration: Assist fellow team members during peak weekend hours to ensure efficient store operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
