Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor to ensure a welcoming shopping experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale (POS) systems.
- Stock shelves and merchandise displays to maintain a visually appealing store environment.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction.
- Assist in inventory management and maintain a clean, organized stockroom.
- Ensure the sales floor is safe and accessible for all shoppers at all times.
Qualifications
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or sales is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light to medium boxes (up to 25 lbs).
- Basic math skills for handling cash and credit transactions.
- Enthusiastic attitude with a focus on delivering excellent customer experiences.
