Responsibilities

- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently and accurately to process sales and returns.
- Maintain the sales floor in pristine condition, ensuring merchandise is organized, clean, and properly displayed.
- Assist with inventory management, including stocking shelves and performing cycle counts.
- Support weekend promotional events, store openings, and special sales activities.
- Build rapport with customers to encourage repeat visits and loyalty.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and occasional holidays.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation and punctuality are essential.
