Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist with product selections to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately at the point of sale (POS) system.
- Organize and merchandise displays to maintain a clean, inviting store environment.
- Stock shelves and inventory rooms, ensuring product availability and freshness.
- Handle customer returns and exchanges efficiently and professionally.
- Assist with store opening and closing procedures, including security and cash handling.
Qualifications
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory checks.
- Reliable transportation to and from the location.
