As a Weekend Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring they have a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with finding products and answering questions.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Stock shelves, organize merchandise displays, and ensure the sales floor is neat and inviting.
- Monitor inventory levels and alert management when stock needs to be replenished.
- Handle customer returns and exchanges with a focus on excellent service and problem resolution.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals and maintain store standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday).
- Basic math and cash-handling skills are required.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Reliable transportation is a plus.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
