As an Evening Retail Associate, you will be the face of our brand after hours, ensuring our customers have an exceptional shopping experience. We provide comprehensive on-the-job training, so no prior retail experience is necessary—just a great attitude and a willingness to learn.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor during evening hours.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Organize and maintain the sales floor to ensure a clean, inviting, and safe environment.
- Restock merchandise and assist with inventory management tasks.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently with minimal supervision.
- Collaborate with the evening team to meet daily operational goals.
- Follow all company policies, safety protocols, and loss prevention procedures.
Qualifications
