Responsibilities
- Operational Excellence: Assist in daily store operations, ensuring the sales floor is organized, clean, and inviting for customers.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, answering inquiries, and assisting with product selection.
- Cash Handling: Process sales transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system and maintain proper cash drawer balance.
- Merchandising: Help with stock replenishment, inventory counts, and visual merchandising to maintain high product visibility.
- Opening/Closing Duties: Assist in opening and closing procedures, including security checks and alarm systems.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to achieve daily sales goals and store targets.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work evenings and weekends as required by business needs.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers and staff.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and dependability in previous employment.
- Basic Math Skills: Comfortable with basic arithmetic and handling cash transactions.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and move around the sales floor.
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
