Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service at the sales floor.
- Assist customers in locating products and answering product-related questions.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and stocked with inventory.
- Restock shelves and ensure product displays are appealing.
- Handle customer returns, exchanges, and complaints professionally.
- Cash register management and end-of-day reconciliation.
Qualifications
- No prior retail experience is required; we are looking for eagerness to learn.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions.
