Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist with product inquiries to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
- Organize merchandise displays to maintain an appealing and clutter-free store environment.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals and store targets.
- Handle customer complaints with patience and professionalism, escalating issues when necessary.
- Keep the sales floor and fitting rooms clean, tidy, and well-stocked at all times.
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment as needed.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age to work legally in the United States.
- No prior retail or sales experience is required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage with diverse customers.
- Reliable transportation to and from work on weekends.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift merchandise weighing up to 25 lbs.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and occasional holidays.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory counts.
