Responsibilities
- Stock shelves and displays with merchandise according to planograms
- Rotate inventory to ensure freshness and proper stock rotation
- Operate pallet jacks and inventory management systems
- Maintain organized, clean stockrooms and sales floors
- Collaborate with overnight teams for seamless operations
- Report inventory discrepancies and stock shortages
- Assist with receiving and processing shipments
- Adhere to safety protocols and store standards
Qualifications
- Previous stocking or retail experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Early morning availability (4:00 AM - 12:00 PM shifts)
- Basic math skills for inventory counting
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Team-oriented mindset with strong communication
- Ability to work in fast-paced, temperature-controlled environments
