Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist with product inquiries on Saturdays and Sundays.
- Stock shelves and ensure product displays are neat, clean, and visually appealing.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and process various payment methods.
- Handle cash, credit cards, and gift cards with strict accountability.
- Assist in opening and closing procedures for weekend shifts, including counting drawers and security checks.
- Maintain a safe and welcoming shopping environment for all visitors.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs comfortably.
- Previous retail experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must pass a background check.
