Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized customer service through product knowledge, style guidance, and needs assessment
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash drawer accountability
- Execute visual merchandising standards including floor sets, displays, and inventory organization
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and operational excellence
- Assist in receiving, processing, and restocking merchandise while maintaining stockroom organization
- Participate in store events and community outreach initiatives
Qualifications
- 1+ years retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport with diverse clientele
