Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional personalized service to high-net-worth clientele with sales averages exceeding $500 per transaction
- Expertly merchandise and maintain premium product displays in our 5,000 sq ft luxury showroom
- Drive sales through strategic upselling and relationship-building techniques
- Process complex transactions using advanced POS systems while maintaining 99% accuracy
- Execute visual merchandising standards to enhance brand prestige and customer experience
- Collaborate with stylists to curate personalized shopping experiences for VIP clients
- Participate in quarterly inventory audits with zero tolerance for discrepancies
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years experience in luxury retail or high-end sales environment
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets with $100K+ annual sales volume
- Expert knowledge of premium brands (e.g., Gucci, Saint Laurent, Bottega Veneta)
- Advanced proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce) and luxury retail POS
