Responsibilities
- Unload and sort incoming merchandise shipments with precision and efficiency
- Stock shelves, display cases, and storage areas according to planogram standards
- Rotate inventory to ensure freshness and comply with FIFO (First-In, First-Out) protocols
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas throughout your shift
- Operate pallet jacks and stocking equipment following safety guidelines
- Collaborate with overnight team members to meet stocking targets and timelines
- Report inventory discrepancies and damaged merchandise to supervisors
Qualifications
- Ability to work early morning shifts (typically 4:00 AM - 12:30 PM)
- Previous stocking or warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking and rotation
- Reliable transportation and punctuality are essential
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
