Responsibilities
- Provide top-tier customer service to all visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.
- Assist customers with product selection, styling, and transactions to maximize sales.
- Stock shelves and maintain visual merchandising standards to ensure the store looks pristine.
- Process point-of-sale transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS system.
- Collaborate with the floor team to execute promotional events and store activities.
- Handle customer inquiries and feedback professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail sales or customer service preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Proficient in using technology and point-of-sale systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
