Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers with a positive and professional attitude upon entering the store.
- Assist customers in finding products, providing product recommendations, and answering inquiries.
- Process transactions accurately at the register, including handling cash, credit cards, and digital payments.
- Organize and restock merchandise to ensure the sales floor is visually appealing and fully stocked.
- Collaborate with floor management to maintain store standards and execute promotional displays.
- Handle customer returns and exchanges efficiently while adhering to company policies.
Qualifications
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift merchandise for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
