Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to drive sales and achieve weekly targets.
- Restock merchandise, organize displays, and ensure the sales floor is always visually appealing.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and handle transactions efficiently.
- Collaborate with the team to manage inventory levels and assist with stockroom operations.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, store policies, and loss prevention procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior retail or customer service experience is preferred.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and occasional evenings.
- Strong communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
