Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service during evening hours (4 PM - 10 PM)
- Operate POS systems and handle cash transactions accurately
- Stock shelves and maintain organized product displays
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
- Ensure store cleanliness and safety standards compliance
- Process returns and resolve customer inquiries efficiently
- Collaborate with closing team for smooth store transitions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum 6 months retail or customer service experience
- Availability to work evenings (including weekends)
- Basic math and cash handling skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Reliable transportation to Gateway Blvd location
