Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service during evening shifts, including product recommendations and checkout assistance
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling security
- Organize and restock merchandise to ensure shelves are fully stocked and visually appealing
- Maintain store cleanliness and operational standards throughout the evening shift
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals
- Assist with inventory management and loss prevention procedures
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and transaction processing
- Reliable transportation to and from the North High Street location
