Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional attitude to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Stock shelves and display merchandise to ensure the store remains organized and visually appealing.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately, processing transactions and handling cash and card payments.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in inventory counts or stock replenishment as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain store standards and cleanliness throughout the weekend shifts.
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalate issues to management when necessary.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not strictly required).
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but we provide training for the right candidates.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer literacy and math skills for transaction processing.
