Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge and friendly interactions
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Assist with visual merchandising, stock replenishment, and store maintenance
- Uphold brand standards and cleanliness throughout the sales floor
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals
- Participate in inventory counts and stock organization
- Support store opening/closing procedures as assigned
Qualifications
- No prior retail experience required – we train everyone!
- Positive attitude and passion for fashion/customer service
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic math skills for handling cash and transactions
